Do you ever wonder why we’re always seeing the liberals try to reinvent themselves? Do you remember the “3 faces of Gore” in the 2000 election debates? Do you question why liberals are completely outspoken before the war, warning of mass doom and gloom, only to fade into obscurity and silence when the victory is at hand?

Imagine if you will a football game. On one side of the ball you have the offense. The offense controls the flow of the game by deciding whether to run or pass, line up in a strong right formation or strong left, knowing in advance who will advance the ball down the field, preparing the proper blocking assignments and executing a plan thought out in advance. The offense defines its strategy, sticks to its plan and moves forward. The key is to stick to the proven gameplan that works without fail.

On the other side, you have the defense. The defense’s sole objective is to thwart the offense’s gameplan. The defense has no flow control of the game, other than to stop the offense. The defense plans its attack by guessing what the offense will do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it fails. When it fails, the defense must reevaluate what it did wrong and change for the next play. Throughout the game, the defense is always repositioning its players, reassessing its position on the field, reexamining the strategy of the offense and basing its next move on a reaction to the offense’s movements.

In today’s political climate, the liberals seem to be this ever-shifting defense. They’re always reinventing themselves to adjust for the flow of the game. They have no real strategy other than to oppose the conservatives. If you doubt that, simply look at the war in Iraq - liberals have not come up with a plan to rid the world of Iraq’s dangers, they’ve only opposed Bush’s plan and at each step have had to redefine their position “Iraqis won’t cheer, we’re eeeevil”, then they cheered…. “where’s the link to al Qaeda” and it was found….now it’s “but where are the WMDs?”….and when they’re uncovered, what will be the next opposition argument?

It’s easier to defend a single position chocked full of passion, supported by a strong belief and backed by facts…. then it is to hold on to intellectually dishonest ideals which change with time.

SHUT UP HOLLYWOOD
The only “concerted” effort to silence you idiots is from US, the AMERICAN PEOPLE. There is no government conspiracy, no hollywood blacklisting, it is US, remember, the people who pay for your acting and singing services, the CUSTOMERS of your products.

We’re tired of your utopian mindset and completely UNEDUCATED and UNINFORMED opinions. You can blame the administration, the radio stations and Fox news all you want, but at the end of the day, the real voice of opposition to you morons is US, WE THE PEOPLE, as you would say, “the uninformed warmonging haters” who support your fantasy lifestyle by buying your movies and CDs.

Blame me. Blame all of us. But stop trying to act like there is some conspiracy. Yes, WE can’t stand you any longer. WE are tired of you morons calling our President an idiot, when the truth is 90% of you barely have high school education. WE’RE sick of you telling us what’s moral when most of you are adulterers, liars and cheaters. WE’RE sick of you talking down about the current administration as some “rich, white guys” when most of you a priveleged, spoiled brats. WE’RE tired of you hiding under the guise of “freedom of speech” only to badmouth US when WE exercise the very same right. WE’RE done supporting your lavish lifestyle while the price of movie tickets and CDs goes up so you can own multiple houses and SUVs only to tell US that WE need to conserve resources and hug trees.

WE’RE tired of the hypocrisy and WE are not taking it anymore.

So I’m feeling motivated today, I’ll do two entries. Here is what happens when liberals gain control:

We ridicule the absolute truth of God’s Word and called it pluralism.
We worship other gods and called it multiculturalism.
We endorse perversion and called it an alternative lifestyle.
We exploit the poor and called it the lottery.
We neglect the needy and called it self-preservation.
We reward laziness and called it welfare.
We kill our unborn and called it choice.
We neglect to discipline our children and called it building self-esteem.
We abuse power and called it political savvy.
We covet our neighbor’s possessions and called it ambition.
We pollute the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.
We ridicule the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.

As Edmund Burke said: the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.

Thank God we have a good man in charge today.

O’REILLY: If you are wrong and if the United States - and they will, this is going to happen - goes in, liberates Iraq [with] people in the street, American flags, hugging our soldiers you gonna apologize to George W. Bush?

GARAFALO: I would be so willing to say, “I’m sorry”. I hope to God that I can be made a buffoon of, that people will say, “You were wrong. You were a fatalist”. And I will go to the White House on my knees on cut glass and say, “Hey, you and Thomas Friedman were right I shouldn’t have doubted you”

Well, Miss Garafalo, we surely don’t expect you to stick to your word, but I’m curious how you will wiggle yourself out of this pickle. You see, you ARE a buffoon. You WERE a fatalist. You ARE just another typical liberal without a clue. If you’ve got the time, I’ve got the broken glass, you hypocritical lameass, self-appointed, hollywood pundit. Go back to making B-grade movies and wither away into obscurity. I, for one, won’t miss you.

This is why I respect President Bush as much as I do. He tells it like it is. No matter whether you agree with him or his policies, you can always count on him standing by his word. In Washington, these days, that’s a rare guarantee to get. A big problem with Clinton is that you never really know what you’ll get, because he’s always testing the water before he commits himself. Maybe you agree with him today, but if he gets wind of a poll stating the opposite, he’ll flip faster than a truck stop pancake.

Back to President Bush. The Chixie Dicks once again proved what immature asses they are on television last night. Today, I read that Bush has made a comment regarding the Chicks, and instead of trying to argue it in my own words, I’m going to use Bush’s words, as they are exactly on point with my feelings.

Of the singing Texas trio, who have been outspoken critics of the U.S.-led war, Bush said, “The Dixie Chicks are free to speak their mind.”

At the same time, Bush added: “They shouldn’t have their feelings hurt just because some people don’t want to buy their records when they speak out. You know, freedom is a two-way street.”

and this, my friends, is what leaders are made of.

The head of the National Organization for Women’s Morris County chapter is opposing a double-murder charge in the Laci Peterson case, saying it could provide ammunition to the pro-life lobby.

“If this is murder, well, then any time a late-term fetus is aborted, they could call it murder,” Morris County NOW President Mavra Stark said on Saturday.

Give me a total break. First of all, the two bodies were found in different locations. How do you consider a child found a quarter of a mile from his mother to be unborn?

If we even granted you an argument that the baby was delivered after the murder of the mother, it is completely asinine and inapproriate to make such a public statement shortly after such a tragedy. Ms. Stark, you and your feminazis are so damn repugnant, you can only focus on your pro-abortion agenda and nothing else.

Why do you call it pro-choice anyway? Call it what it is, “pro-abortion”. It’s not like you’re out protesting for adoption or foster care options…. no, you stake your whole argument on the timeframe which allows the killing of a child.

In the Democratic Party’s own platform, it says, “The Democratic Party stands behind the right of every woman to choose, consistent with Roe v. Wade, and regardless of ability to pay. We believe it is a fundamental constitutional liberty that individual Americans - not government - can best take responsibility for making the most difficult and intensely personal decisions regarding reproduction. Our goal is to make abortion less necessary and more rare, not more difficult and more dangerous.

First of all, conservatives do not argue the government has a right to interfere with personal choices, unless it involved the protection of a person. Just like the government has the right to step in and prevent the murder or punish someone for the murder of an adult, so too should they for children. No, you’ve come to realize your argument is a tough one to defend, but on principle you tread forward. It helps you to call it “choice” instead of “abortion”, or “fetus” instead of “baby”. It’s funny, because when someone tells me they’re pregnant, I tell them “congratulations”…. whether two weeks or nine months into it. Why do we say congrats to someone who is a few weeks pregnant? Because we understand that with the exception of an accident, act of nature or intentional termination of the process, a human will result. We know it’s not going to be a carrot, or a tomato, or a rabbit. We know, from the moment of conception, that nature’s course will continue to develop the child created at conception. You don’t hear people walking around congratulating pregnant women on that “small mass of tissues implanted in your body”…. but for your abortion arguments, that just what you call it, and it helps you sleep at night. (by the way, when was the last time you heard of a tumor, or a mole, or a gallstone growing into a baby?)

(by the way, the Constitution says “all MEN are created equal”, so in your literal world of calling it a ‘fetus’ instead of a ‘baby’, we could just as well say the equality clause of the Consitution doesn’t apply to you or the women you represent…. semantics can be a bitch, no pun intended)

In addition, you try to define a “baby” as one that is “capable of supporting itself outside the support structure of the mother”…. what about newborns who nurse? They are completely dependent on the mother and would not survive without the mother (or someone to help)…..something to think about…

Bringing up the abortion issue in this murder case was the dumbest thing you could’ve done for your cause. It shows your one-sidedness. It shows your selfishness. It shows your hypocrisy.

I just have one question to ask you Ms. Stark, when you’re sitting around a warm, cozy fire this December with your family enjoying Christmas, remember an unwed mother many years ago, subject to ridicule, wondering what would become of the mass of tissues inside her and ask yourself…..

What if Mary had been pro-choice?

NEW YORK (AFP) - Former US President Bill Clinton blasted US foreign policy adopted in the wake of the September 11 attacks, arguing the United States cannot kill, jail or occupy all of its adversaries.

“Our paradigm now seems to be: something terrible happened to us on September 11, and that gives us the right to interpret all future events in a way that everyone else in the world must agree with us,” said Clinton, who spoke at a seminar of governance organized by Conference Board.

“And if they don’t, they can go straight to hell.”

The Democratic former president, who preceded George W. Bush at the White House, said that sooner or later the United States had to find a way to cooperate with the world at large.

“We can’t run,” Clinton pointed out. “If you got an interdependent world, and you cannot kill, jail or occupy all your adversaries, sooner or later you have to make a deal.”

He said he believed Washington overreacted to German and French opposition to US plans for military action against Iraq and suggested that the current administration had trouble juggling foreign and domestic issues.

“Since September 11, it looks like we can’t hold two guns at the same time,” Clinton said. “If you fight terrorism, you can’t make America a better place to be.”

When I finish laughing at this joke of a man, I will address each of his comments individually. I mean, what an ass. First he ignores a longstanding tradition of former presidents critizing the current administration. Sure, it’s just a tradition, but ignoring it in wholesale fashion shows what kind of person this is.

Now, onto his comments.

“something terrible happened to us on September 11, and that gives us the right to interpret all future events in a way that everyone else in the world must agree with us”

Well, yeah. When it comes to terrorism and threats of societal destruction, mainly our own, it does give us a right to tell others they’re with us or with the terrorists. Do you notice how Clinton trivializes 9/11….’sure it was bad, I feel your pain, but if anyone in the world disagrees with us we should be the first to give in and appease… how dare we ask others to hold themselves to a higher standard’….

Hell, afterall, this is the president that was held to no standard whatsoever.

“If you got an interdependent world, and you cannot kill, jail or occupy all your adversaries, sooner or later you have to make a deal.”

So let me get this straight. Clinton is proposing that at some point we need to make a deal with the terrorists. Interesting. Of course, this is coming from a man who sold nuclear secrets to the Chinese in exchange for campaign donations. He’s suggesting that we give in to the demands of the terrorists at some point in the hopes that will stop the assault on American interests. He’s saying a payoff is in order. ‘give them what they want and they’ll leave us alone’….. you ignorant, draft-dodging coward.

“He said he believed Washington overreacted to German and French opposition to US plans for military action against Iraq and suggested that the current administration had trouble juggling foreign and domestic issues.”

Of course he thinks we overreacted to the German and French. This is the guy who said it was “just about sex” when he lied to the American population, destroyed and hid evidence and lied under oath. Anything can be whittled down to a “simple misunderstanding” with a guy who can parse the meaning of the word “is”. I also think it’s ironic he says this in light of the evidence our soldiers have found in Iraq regarding Germany and France’s deals with Saddam in violation of international law and at a detriment to our troops. He hates the U.S. military and supports any method to get rid of it, legally or not.

With respect to juggling foreign and domestic issues, I damn near choked on my Dr. Pepper when I read this. Clinton is the guy who rode the wave of a good economy without having to put much effort into it, and STILL managed to enjoy the massacre in Mogadishu, the bombing of the U.S.S. Cole, the rise of Osama bin laden and failure to capture him when foreign governments offered him to the U.S. on a silver platter THREE TIMES, the proliferation of al Qaeda worldwide, the continued assault on Israel and last, but not least, years and years of corporate scandal involving Enron, Global Crossing, Tyco, etc. Please explain to me how Clinton did squat either foreign or domestically.

Mr. Clinton, you are an absolute shame to this country. You side with the appeasers of this world who would give anybody their asking price and call it “foreign relations”. You side with the war protestors of the war on Iraq who DID give aid and comfort to Saddam. You carry yourself like those who faded into history as nothing more than a footnote. If it weren’t for your obnoxious, self-serving, loathsome and disgusting need for publicity, you too would be shelved away somewhere in the annals of American history as a man who stood for nothing, wanted everything and in the end left a legacy of deceit, corruption, terror and shame.

Don’t go away mad, Clinton…. just go the f— away!!!

RIALTO, Calif. - Rodney King, whose videotaped beating led to the deadly 1992 riots in Los Angeles, was hospitalized with a broken pelvis after he lost control of his SUV while weaving through traffic at 100 mph and crashed into a house, police said.

King, 39, was spotted Sunday by a police officer who said King was speeding and weaving through traffic in his 2003 Ford Expedition when he slammed into a utility pole, a chain-link fence and then the home, police said. No one in the home was injured.

Police said they suspect that King was intoxicated, and a blood sample was drawn to determine his blood-alcohol level. Test results have not yet been released.

King was not arrested, but a report detailing the crash circumstances will be submitted to prosecutors, police Lt. Kathy Thompson said.

King, who is black, was chased by police through the San Fernando Valley in 1991 and was captured on videotape being beaten by four white officers.

After their acquittal, riots broke out and lasted for four days, leaving 55 dead and more than 2,000 injured. The mayhem caused $1 billion in property damage.

King later received a $3.8 million settlement from the city of Los Angeles in 1994.

He was convicted of spouse abuse in 1999 in San Bernardino County and was sentenced to 90 days in jail and four years probation.

So when do we decide enough is enough? His subsequent conviction of spousal abuse and this most recent incident of crashing his car into a house at 100mph (allegedly drunk) ought to be enough to convince any intellectually honest person that the incident in 1991 was NOT MOTIVATED BY RACE. Sure, a deadbeat, wife-beating, drug-abusing, criminal was engaged in criminal activity at the time (DUI, evading, obstruction, etc) but there seem to be some in our populace who think it’s okay since he’s black. Those psychos like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and a handful of whites with guilty consciences drove this bandwagon that led to the riots in 1991.

TIME OUT - are these the same jackasses that are complaining about the looting and rioting in Iraq right now? Wow, and to imagine those people have been tortured and oppressed for 30 years and are looting GOVERNMENT OFFICES to take some property purchased by a tyrannical dictator with the money that belonged to them while they lived in poverty all this time. Of course, that’s not as noble as rioting to protest the acquittal of a couple of police officers who were doing their job and putting bad guys away. It’s understandable that 55 died and 2,000 were injured at the hands of some disgruntled sheep following a leader like Jackson who makes money playing cards…..race cards, class cards, etc. Give me a break!

Back to the story at hand. At what point can we wake up as a nation and realize that Rodney King is a drain on society? Acknowledge that he’s the worst of the worst and ought to be locked up for good? When is it alright to say to a convict that he’ll be held accountable for his actions and should forfeit the $3.8 million he was undeservedly given? Race had nothing to do with his 1991 traffic stop…. not until the race-mongers got a hold of the tape and saw the dollar signs in their own eyes.

Yuk it up Jackson, Sharpton, and the rest of you jokes of humanity, your divisiveness is coming to an end. Your race cards have been played out and we’re not going to tolerate it any more. Your “spokesman” for equality has proven himself to be the thug we all knew he was. It’s obvious his beating in 1991 had NOTHING to do with race. NOTHING.

Despite fall of Iraq regime, anti-war groups keep on marching
Sun Apr 13,12:14 AM ET

WASHINGTON (AFP) - Hundreds of thousands of opponents of the US-led invasion and occupation of Iraq (news - web sites) held new anti-war protests across Europe and the Americas, arguing that the regime’s collapse was no reason to let up the pressure.

It’s because these people are CAREER PROTESTORS. This is how they make their living. Most of the protestors are hired through newspaper and web ads seeking “protestors for hire”. It’s sort of an informal lobby group.

They will always find something to protest. Notice how they combine an anti-war protest with that of “end racism” or “save the spotted bull moose” protests.

As each of their arguments is proven to be ridiculous or insane, they move to the next. Notice how these began as “we need to protect our soldiers, so no war!” and when they realized our casualty rate was historically low for a conflict, they turned to “stop killing Iraqi civilians” chant. When they were forced to acknowledge civilians were NOT being targeted, and in fact we were doing everything possible to reduce civilian casualties, they had to find a new cause.

The switched to the “why aren’t the Iraqis cheering our presence?” cause. Then all of a sudden, they realized that once the threat of Saddam was definitely gone, Iraqis cheered the coalition forces tremendously.

Faced with that they’ve now gone to the “stop Iraqi occupation” rant. This will continue until they have to face the idea that we’re pulling troops out already and leaving a few key people to help Iraq get a new government in place.

In addition, they’re holding on to their last bit of “where are the WMDs” cause. Again, it’s only a matter of time before they’re found and a new cause is adopted.

A question I have for these protestors is this: If you’re so concerned with human rights, with the humane treatment of all creatures on earth…. why weren’t you protesting AGAINST SADDAM and his brutal tyranny and torture? Why aren’t you enviros protesting against the unregulated proliferation of nuclear weapons in Iraq, Iran, North Korea? Where were you when al-Qaeda was gassing thousands of animals in their biological weapons testing facilities in Afghanistan? Where was your outrage when Saddam gassed his own people? Where were your protests of Bill Clinton sexually harassing a subordinate while on the job? Where is your outrage for the practice of abortion? Why do you excuse the suicide bombers of Palestine as a “just cause of oppressed people” but blame America for atrocities when liberating truly oppressed people in Iraq and Afghanistan? Why do you protest for civil rights and then call Colin Powell (a beneficiary of the civil rights and affirmative action movements) a sellout? Why do you protest for freedom of religion and then tell Christians they can’t practice it in front of you? Why do you find it acceptable to burn the American flag, the very symbol of freedom and find it unacceptable to pledge allegiance to that same symbol?

It’s a job for you people, and one that appears to be recession-proof. You’re a joke and it’s time we IN THE MAJORITY called you what you truly are. You’re hypocrites living off the very government you protest daily and benefitting from the very freedoms you despise.

You’re a joke, plain and simple. Get a real f—ing job.

Harkin: Iraq war ousted paper tiger
By JANE NORMAN
Register Washington Bureau
04/11/2003
——————————————————————————–
Washington, D.C. - The relatively quick fall of Baghdad shows that Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein was a “paper tiger” rather than a major threat to world peace, Democratic Sen. Tom Harkin of Iowa said Thursday.

“What we were told and what you saw in the press last fall and earlier this year is that he had a massive war machine,” said Harkin, the most outspoken critic of the war in Iraq among members of the Iowa congressional delegation.

“It looks now like this was just a Third World country - there were people fighting with tennis shoes on, on the Iraqi side,” Harkin told reporters. “I don’t know what else we’re going to find, but they didn’t fly even one airplane in the air. They had almost nothing.

“So if they were that weak, where we could just roll over them like that, tell me again how he was such a big threat in the past?” the senator added.

Harkin voted for a congressional resolution authorizing use of force before last year’s election, but earlier this year became increasingly critical of the move toward war, saying President Bush was not consulting enough with Congress or extending diplomatic efforts.

Harkin said officials might uncover definitive evidence of weapons of mass destruction that Saddam planned to employ. “But his ability to really do much - it looks like he was a paper tiger,” Harkin said.

How was he such a big threat? Are you serious, Mr. Harkin? Were you hiding under a rock in the Fall of 2001, I’m real curious. When a handful of determined Islamic Fundamentalists can kill 3,000 Americans, massively affect one of the strongest economies in the world and put the world in a perpetual state of fear … with a couple of one-way plane tickets…

…imagine what they could do with nuclear, biological or chemical weapons.

Sure Saddam might not have been able to launch a missle that would reach the U.S…. or launch his air force in an attack on our mainland… or send an invading army into America from Canada or Mexico….

…but to say he was no threat is a completely moronic and very naive statement.

Why did the Iraqi army roll over like they did? Because the U.S. military is the most technology-advanced, most well-trained, best prepared military in the world. Just because we made quick work of soldiers, most of whom turned out unwilling to fight for the regime, doesn’t mean the regime was not a threat to world peace.

It sure is easy to play Monday-morning quarterback in this situation… now that the hard work has been taken care of by those with character. But ask yourself…. why would we send in a smaller army in order to prolong the fight and risk more casualties in order to “play fairly”? That’s just stupid.

Mr. Harkin, you just take comfort in your stance that things could’ve been done differently while you’re stuck in traffic in your Mercedes, enjoying the peace that comes with the downfall of a terroristic regime capable of producing weapons to destroy hundred of thousands, if not millions, of families in a split second. Feel secure in your position that you would’ve done things differently to produce a different outcome….which, by the way, I’m curious how things could’ve turned out better… Wrap yourself in the warm fuzzy feeling that you didn’t have to make the tough choices that resulted in the right actions. Cover yourself in the knowledge that while some civilians and military personnel wouldn’t have perished but for this war, so too would many innocent civilians still remain in torture hospitals, massacre jails and shallow graves… all because Saddam was a paper tiger… a weak regime not capable of hurting anyone… a figment of imagination for the Bush administration who was asked why dots weren’t connected prior to 9/11 and then told not to connect the dots when it comes to the Axis of Evil.

Mr. Harkin, please do us all a favor and simply shut the f— up. You’re hindsight is a waste of time and your political envy is obvious to anyone with a pulse.
