The Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee are advising election operatives to declare voter intimidation — even if none exists. A 66-page mobilization plan to be issued by the Kerry/Edwards campaign and the Democratic National Committee states: “If no signs of intimidation techniques have emerged yet, launch a ‘pre-emptive strike.‘”
So what’s the DNC response? “We all know the Republicans are going to try to steal the election by scaring people and confusing people,” the top DNC source explained.
Translation: We’ve made the baseless accusations so often, and the MSM has helped us repeat the lies, that some people are bound to buy into these new lies for the simple fact that we can create the appearance of fact if we repeat the lies enough.
Of course, they try to play these deceitful games with National Security issues, why wouldn’t they do the same thing to try and undermine the entire electoral process?
Update: The DNC has responded by posting the “context” of the manual…. which really does nothing more than further prove the original allegations. (”Use minority intimidation as an organizing tool”???) In addition, they prove they’re absolute morons. (hint, look at the “shameful” title)
