Louis Farra-con put on his tin-foil kufi and declared he has a “reliable source” with the capabilities of seeing through 15 feet of murky, opaque water to the ground beneath. He didn’t mention Superman by name, but he did say:
“I heard from a very reliable source who saw a 25 foot deep crater under the levee breach. It may have been blown up to destroy the black part of town and keep the white part dry.”
