Tamraz was a naturalized U.S citizen who had a history of criminal convictions and a warrant for his arrest by Interpol who gave $300,000 to the DNC to gain access to President Clinton to sell his plan for an oil pipeline from the Caspian Sea region… Tamraz gave enough money that then DNC chairman Don Fowler went to bat for him in the policy arena.
What about Johnny Chung, Yogesh Gandhi, Ted Sioeng, John Huang, The Hsi Lai Temple Fundraiser, Charlie Trie, Ng Lap Seng, Warren Meddoff? And who can forget the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes? Obviously the MSM can. Abramoff is not the biggest scandal since Watergate, it is what happens in D.C. everyday.
Unfortunately for the Democrats, they’re out of power just in time for the advent of the Internet and the ability for the common folks to get knee deep in facts they used to be able to bury behind the bias of network anchors and selective reporting.
I say it’s time to clean house… completely. But as long as MSM is going to be complicit in the one way street of finger pointing, they can count on the rest of us pushing back with our own examples of dirty politics on their side. I’ll admit my bias up front. It’s a shame MSM won’t.
