A military tribunal was more appropriate. Moussaoui's death by a firing squad that had dipped their bullets in pig's blood would have sent a very clear message to his idiotic brethren. We missed an opportunity here. We will continue to be viewed by radical islamofascists as weak and inconsequential - by our own doing. Moussaoui is right, America lost.
