Life on the Left…

…must suck big time right now.

A Democrat has been videotaped taking cash bribes.

A Democrat has been sentenced for Driving Under the Influence of drugs.

A Democrat has been convicted of tax evasion.

Gosh, after a week that saw:

The formation of a new Iraqi coalition government

The killing of a terror leader

The death of the Rove non-case, and

Hillary Clinton booed by her own liberal base

…this almost feels like I’m just piling on.

And it feels awesome!

  1. As long as the MSM is leaning hard to the left and works hard to dismiss the veracity of the only right-leaning major broadcast outlet, the math is still skewed.

  2. Because Republicans have never…

    1. Taken bribes
    2. Recieved DUIs
    3. Been convicted of tax evasion

Besides, it doesn’t matter if they form a new government in Iraq. The horrible government there is not the cause of the trouble there, it’s the effect.

By changing the effect you are not solving the problem.

If you establish democracy in Iraq without reeducating them thoroughly, they will just get rid of it and elect another dictator.

  6. One bad week versus six bad YEARS? Hmmm.

By “bad” do you mean unprecedented economic growth?

Or by “bad” do you mean the creation of 4.7 million jobs?

Or by “bad” do you mean 17 consecutive quarters of economic expansion?

Or by “bad” do you mean rising disposable income, lower unemployment, increased consumer spending, and higher starting salaries for college graduates?

Or by “bad” do you mean the capture and trial of Saddam Hussein?

Or by “bad” do you mean Afghanistan holding its first-ever modern democratic election, or Iraq holding a true democratic election for the first time in 30 years, or Palestinians freely electing a leader, or the resignation of Lebanon’s pro-Syrian government, or Libya scrapping its WMD programs, or Egypt holding its first-ever multiparty presidential elections?

Yeah, that’s what I thought you meant.
