The government is receiving record revenues right now. Because Congress and the Prez spend like drunken sailors doesn’t mean that the revenue isn’t coming in. It means that all this extra money coming in is being spent faster than Teddy K. going through a bottle of Dewars.

I searched the IRS site for 30 minutes - couildn't find it. Take it or leave it, no skin off my nose. I suggest you revist the Reagan economics lessons of the 80's and i=the associated increase in tax revenues associated with lowering taxes. Same phenominom is at work today with the current tax cuts. It's uniquely simple: lower taxes = more spending money. More spending money = more jobs. More jobs = more tax payers paying taxes. It ain't rocket science and has been proven to work twice now. But I can understand that it doesn't make sense to a Democrat. Dem's can only see the Treasury increasing via raising taxes. That's why I will never vote for a Democrat - never. I work for my money and I don't want the Democrats telling me how it should be spent via their taking too much away in taxes.
