The timing of this doesn't bother me becasue we would do the same. Worrying about why the Democrats have not said anything about him being gay shouldn't need be. The GOP stance stance on homosexuality is anti. We somewhat try to preach morals but Foley has made us a total embarassment which we have room to defend. The fact that GOP leaders knew this should be the question we should be asking. The GOP, sadly, would have kept this hidden for all of eternity if possible. Just my two cents. I’m a republican.
