Wesley Snipes doesn’t harm anyone but evades paying taxes and he could face 40 years.

Stewart passed notes form a terroist to his "partners" and they carried on other attacks. She was facing 30 years and gets less than 10% of that time.

The result of this case will embolden the 900 lawyers at Gitmo to pass messages for their clients and possibly further more attacks.

Slightly off track but mentioning Natalie Maines, a local letter to the editor referred to Natalie as the "Fat Dixie Chick". What a classy insult, wish that I were so creative.

You were expecting a liberal Jihadist sympathizing lawyer to receive a more appropriate sentence... in our court system? The bar fies in Saigon hustling the GI's for "Saigon Tea" were more honorable than Stewart. At least they never tried to appear as something they weren't.

Let's be sure to stay home on Nov 7th, so the Dems can take control of the Congress and ensure that we never get the legal system straightened out.
