House Intelligence Chairman Peter Hoekstra has suspended a Democratic staff member because of concerns he may have leaked a high-level intelligence assessment to The New York Times last month.
Maybe they can bring back Sandy Berger to destroy any evidence.
So what are Democrats doing in response? Leaking more information they’re not supposed to be leaking to the public:
A conference call to the committee’s nine Democrats on Wednesday to inform them of the aide’s suspension prompted outrage, said two congressional officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about internal committee business.
And of course, without further investigation into the alleged leak, Democrats are demanding the full reinstatement of the staffer in question… probably because they realize there are only 3 pre-election-national-security-leaking weeks available. They can’t have staffers like this on the bench with so many more national security secrets available to deliver to MSM.
And these people want you to give them control of the government. Remember this stuff when you run (not walk) to the polls on November 7th.
