As if Bush reads the legislation he signs. The only thing he reads is his teleprompter, if he's having a good day. Sometimes you have to rely on your advisors to give you a good summary of the issues at hand, especially if you have a hard time reading because of your illness. And I trust Fox's advisors a heck more than Bush's. Hell, Bush even got Kissinger back into the war room so he can help the US lose another war. After the last 6 years, it's clear that a barrel of monkeys can run the country better. So give the Democrats a chance ;). Hah. As if Bush reads the legislation he signs.
