So I arrived on time for my 5:50 AM flight this morning, promptly boarded and waited… and waited… and waited. Until the pilot finally deemed it too unsafe to take off because of the snowstorm. Then we get back to the terminal and they tell me every flight today is cancelled. To add to the misery, they’re telling me every flight is fully booked until Tuesday morning.

If you’re having a bad day at work, just remember… it could be worse!

UPDATE: Thanks to some fantastic employees of Continental airlines, I was able to slip onto one of the few flights that made it out earlier and get back home. As someone who’s done about 100,000 miles this year, I can attest to the quality of Continental airlines and would recommend them over the other carriers.
