Looks like another shining example of the “peace movement“… starting to look reminiscent of another movement that claims to be peaceful.

Apparently some liberals have picked up this story and felt inclined to be outraged… at those of us covering the story. Priceless. See the link in the first comment to this post. The author writes a whole post claiming that the attacker in the story above is being improperly identified as a leftwing nutjob… Even the author’s own post provides enough language to make such an assessment of the attacker’s “political persuasion”:

Michelle Malkin posted a story about a deranged University of Mary Washington graduate, Andrew Stone, that attacked UMW student and College Republican David Pannell at his home recently. Stone had retrieved Pannell’s address from his Facebook profile and picked him out because he is a Republican.

Though Stone had never met Pannell prior to their physical confrontation, he had posted disturbing anti-Republican messages on Facebook, including Pannell’s profile, and created a group called “Republicans are Cowards.”

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck…
