Sure, he is a little more liberal than I on social issues, BUT I believe that when it comes to leadership, no one out there is his equal. If I thought he would actively promote abortion and gay marriage, I wouldn't support him, but I don't believe that's what he's about. I think that out of all the candidates from both parties, he alone has the unique ability to unite this country. And you are absolutely right about electibility. Sometimes, you have to go for the guy who isn't your own exact mirror, because he is the one who can win. No other Republican at this moment shows a likelihood of winning, no matter how much I may like him. Therefore, I support Rudy because I believe that he can, and will, win, and he is without a question the better option than anything the Democrats can serve up.
