I only wish that Roberts had written the opinion instead of Kennedy. Kennedy left the door open by stating that if a mother's life is in danger, the procedure can be done. To me, that is pure BS.

Although I am extremely pleased with the stand made by the Supreme Court, Im saddened by the fact that it even had to be voted on. How can sucking the brain out of a living baby ever be considered a option?

n doing so the court also considered the government’s interest in protecting the rights of an unborn child. It is in this light that the abortion rights activists get the largest strike against them.
