People who attend religious services weekly live longer and have children that are better behaved and adjusted than other children.
Of course, maybe they should’ve qualified which religion.

As a student at a Jesuit High School, I’ve tried before to argue both the existence of a God to online communities I participated in (not anymore I don’t)and the psychological benefits of believing in God (no matter what you call him). If for no other reason, I said that they should acknowledge that believing in a higher being can be a stress reliever because often religion presents for us alternative methods and a sense of guidance to get through life’s problems other than what we can think of. Its just AMAZING to see what lengths some people will go to deny God.

I agree that they should specify the religion of the kids. After all, with a 16,000 kid sample, the results should suffice to distinguish between catholics and protestants.
