Flashback to January 5, 2007… just six short months ago. Democrats took control of Congress and pledged “to strike a tone of civility and respect in both chambers.”

Apparently, the Democrat definition of “a tone of civility and respect” includes saying this about a sitting President:

Mr. Biden had some choice words for President Bush and two of the Republicans running for the White House. “This guy is brain dead,” Mr. Biden said to surprised applause and laughter from the crowd.

Then again, he is a Democrat… maybe this is as civil and respectful as it gets.
