Green before it was hip—she cites Al Gore and David de Rothschild as heroes and believes that leaf blowers “sum up everything that is wrong with the human race”—the couple are trying to make the ecological footprint of the home as small as possible, installing solar panels and even a filtration system that will allow them to drink their own wastewater.

I’d be cautious if she offers to bring brownies to the next potluck…

3. *chuckles* The irony there is our long-time bosom companions the French, who have nearly always been cowards and not particularly bright, and definitely always liberal, have elected semi-recently a neo-conservative regime to run the government.

   So now we know, this is surely a sign of the apocolypse. The US is turning towards liberal socialism, intellectual ignorance, cowardice, and everyone being ‘entitled’ to ‘everything.’

   While in France, a leader and party are elected into majority that at least equal, if not top, our conservatives. Why corrupt what may turn out to be the first good thing coming from France since it was a roaming Gothic tribe ruled by powerful Christian Warlords?

   France: It’s not just wine, cheese, and weenies anymore.
