Pelosi has asked President Bush to release oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to “combat high prices”. So she’s finally acknowledging that prices will come down if supply is increased…

1. See, it’s not really a matter of how much oil, more a matter of where it comes from. Like how Chuck Schumer said claims that increased Saudi production would drop prices by 62 cents, per gallon, but the same amount of production from ANWR would only drop it by a few pennies (LINK)

2. How does any Democrat plan actually reduce the price of oil - the base cause high gas prices?

   How about a law that says imported oil into the US can not exceed $60 a barrel? Yep, that’ll take care of it.
