For eight years, the liberals hung on every word of President Bush. They mocked and ridiculued him for his dialect and built a narrative that he was an idiot. Yet, the same liberals don’t find it as amusing or newsworthy that they’re very own messiah is proving himself time and again to be a real idiot. Blame it on the teleprompter or blame it on the lack of a teleprompter, either way, it turns out that the guy that everyone said gave great speeches really isn’t that good of a speaker after all.
Watch this press conference on energy. He tries to highlight a local company as many politicians do to bolster the claims he’s making in the rest of his speech. Typically good news for the named company. However, in this case, Obama can’t even pronounce the company’s name right… over and over again.
Setting aside the idea that there could be multiple ways to pronounce the company name, wouldn’t you think the leader of the free world would bother to actually ask the company representative sitting in the audience BEFORE THE SPEECH how to pronounce it? (Or was this another case of teleprompter miscue?) It took me less than 1 minute to Google the company’s website and learn the correct pronunciation.
I wonder if Congress will move to insure the teleprompter gets a place in the Presidential line of succession.
