Democrats have been hyperventilating with glee over being able to use an innuendo-laden term like “teabaggers” to refer to American citizens with legitimate grievances against an over-bearing, pork-infested, rights-limiting, ever-encroaching federal government. It was sad enough when being used by unemployed hippies showing up to their daily liberal protests, and became downright ridiculous when anchors on networks like MSNBC and CNN started tossing the term around, seemingly impressed with themselves that they could be so crafty as to use a putdown that would rank high in an elementary school playground fight… but now we have United States Senators and one-time, has-been, uppity, elitist Presidential candidates doing it?

I think it’s only appropriate, then, to start referring to Democrats as D-baggers.
