Of Course He Would… He’s a Democrat
January 18th, 2010 12:05 am

What happens when Democrats find themselves behind in elections?

They cheat, of course. (audio)

SCHULTZ (23:02): I tell you what, if I lived in Massachusetts I’d try to vote 10 times. I don’t know if they’d let me or not, but I’d try to. Yeah, that’s right. I’d cheat to keep these bastards out. I would. ‘Cause that’s exactly what they are.

The more we hope, the less they change.

The Fraudacity of Hope…
September 21st, 2009 8:25 pm

What a week for the Community Organizer in Chief. First, the corrupt organization for whom he worked and legally represented gets exposed for the criminal organization it is…

…and now this:

U.S. charges Obama fund-raiser in $290 million fraud

Hassan Nemazee, a fund-raiser for Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and other Democrats, has been indicted for defrauding Bank of America, HSBC and Citigroup Inc out of more than $290 million in loan proceeds, U.S. prosecutors said on Monday.

What’s that about judging men by the company they keep?

…and they don’t like it very much. Good.

Background from the folks behind the videotaping:

The scenario we posed the ACORN Housing employees in Baltimore is due to the application of similar power tactics. We gave ACORN a taste of its own medicine. ACORN was alleged to be thug-like, criminal, and nefarious. This criminal behavior was evidenced by a video of Baltimore ACORN community organizers breaking the locks on foreclosed homes. Instead of railing against their radicalism, it is best to bring out this type of radicalism. Hannah Giles and I took advantage of ACORN’s regard for thug criminality by posing the most ridiculous criminal scenario we could think of and seeing if they would comply–which they did without hesitation.

Additionally, instead of focusing on foreclosure itself, which has become seemingly as politicized as abortion, we focused on crimes more difficult for the left to defend: trafficking of young helpless girls and tax evasion. The first group represents the severely disadvantaged, the second a threat to the distribution of wealth.

While manipulation or entrapment occurs when people are encouraged to do things they otherwise wouldn’t, the pre-set trap is their own. These tactics allow the viewer to see ACORN’s soul; their playing field and their morality, out in the open. Their system is based on conflict and change for its own sake. This system is based on totalitarian principles and class war techniques. These people understand pressure, power and self-interest. When the Baltimore employees saw we were shady dealers, their instincts clicked in, as we were prime recruits.

ACORN has ascended. They elect our politicians and receive billions in tax money. Their world is a revolutionary, socialistic, atheistic world, where all means are justifiable. And they create chaos, again, for it’s own sake. It is time for us to be studying and applying their tactics, many of which are ideologically neutral. It is time, as Hannah said as we walked out of the ACORN facility, for conservative activists to “create chaos for glory.”

So why is this story important? Aside from the obvious illegalities being advocated and advised upon in these videos, remember this is the same group that stormed conferences and government offices back in 1995 to intimidate legislators who were trying to investigate and reform the Community Reinvestment Act, a law that allows groups like ACORN to force banks into making high-risk loans to low-credit customers.

That March, House Speaker Newt Gingrich was scheduled to address a meeting of county commissioners at the Washington Hilton. But, first, some 500 protesters from the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) poured into the ballroom from both the kitchen and the main entrance.

Hotel staffers who tried to block them were quickly overwhelmed by demonstrators chanting, “Nuke Newt!” and “We want Newt!” Jamming the aisles, carrying bullhorns and taunting the assembled county commissioners, demonstrators swiftly took over the head table and commandeered the microphone, sending two members of Congress scurrying.

The demonstrators’ target, Gingrich, hadn’t yet arrived - and his speech was cancelled. When the cancellation was announced, ACORN’s foot soldiers cheered.

Yet ACORN had only just begun. Two days later, 50 to 100 of the same protesters hit their main target - a House Banking subcommittee considering changes to the Community Reinvestment Act…

This is the same group of community-organized thugs that have been charged with voter registration fraud in Washington, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Colorado and other states.

And this is the same group that Barack Obama held a role of “leadership trainer” as well as represented as legal counsel…

And to bring the above undercover video scandal, the thuggery to prevent change in the CRA that could’ve mitigated the financial collapse and all the voter registration fraud and intimidation tactics full circle… remember that this is the same group that Barack Obama promised would “help shape his administration“…

How’s that hope and change feel now?

As expected, I have the usual emails flooding in from leftwing crybabies defending ACORN and saying this is an isolated event. And, as expected, they’re wrong as usual. Here’s undercover video of similar “advice” being given in ACORN’s Washington, DC office:

…and more in New York:

The response from these idiots is hilarious.

The ACORN workers in question have denied the conversations took place, and ACORN’s attorneys subsequently sent letters to Roger Ailes, President of Fox News, on September 10th and September 11th. You can read both letters here.

In the September 10th letter, the attorneys stated in no uncertain terms that the videotape had been doctored, and demanded that Fox “cease publication of these tapes unless it can produce proof that the conversations actually took place.”

Only liberals could stare at “proof that the conversations actually took place” and deny the “conversations actually took place”. Perhaps it depends on the definition of “is”.

The letter also asks Fox to “take your responsibility as a news gathering organization seriously.” I have seen no evidence that Fox has honored either of these requests.

The irony of the century. Someone finally does the job the MSM should be doing and suddenly the Left doesn’t like it. I guess “serious news gathering” just deals with the First Lady’s arms and the President’s basketball picks.

But even better is that despite denying that the “conversation actually took place”, ACORN is threatening to sue the makers of the video as well as FoxNews.

In the letter sent to Ailes on September 11th, ACORN’s attorneys notified Fox of their conclusion that the “filming and broadcast of the conversations at the Baltimore ACORN offices violates §10-402 of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article of the Maryland Code, which makes it unlawful to wilfully intercept, endeavor to intercept, or procure any other person to intercept any oral conversation unless all parties to the communication consent.”

So to sum up ACORN’s defense… it was illegal for the film makers to records the conversations that never took place.

The Senate dealt a blow to ACORN Monday evening, voting to deny the Department of Housing and Urban Development from granting funds to the community organization.

Sen. Mike Johanns’s (R-Neb.) amendment to the appropriations bill providing funding to the department passed in a bipartisan, 83-7 vote.

Thank you, Senator Johanns!

Another “isolated event”… this time at ACORN offices in California. Adding to the basic prostitution, fraud and child abuse advice, this ACORN worker proudly brags about murdering her own husband and threatening the lives of neighbors. Hope and change, baby, hope and change.

And yet one more… from San Diego. This time the ACORN worker is offering much needed advice on the best border location across which to smuggle underage sex slaves. Your tax dollars at work.

Behind Enemy Lines, Part 2
November 4th, 2008 3:00 am

Welcome to Election Day, 2008. Just like in 2004 (when I was deployed to Philadelphia), I am volunteering as part of the Election Day Attorney Deployment Team. I will be spending election day in Lake County, Indiana, a hotbed of ACORN activity.

Pray for those of us serving “behind enemy lines” today to insure a fair election. We know what we’re dealing with, we understand our opposition and we don’t underestimate what they’re capable of. After serving today, I will be spending the night in Chicago, which I imagine will be an interesting place to be tonight, no matter the outcome.

And if you haven’t already done so… GET OUT AND VOTE!

UPDATE: To give you a taste of the environment I was working in today, here are the final vote tallies in just 4 of the 12 precincts:

Obama - 796
McCain - 8

In 2 other precincts the number of registered voters was 1,256 and the total number listed as Republican… 6.

Turnout appears to have been huge. Assuming Obama wins, it will all come down to the turnout. In East Chicago, IN, turnout wasn’t as high, ranging from 37% to 50%. But in Gary, IN and Hammond, IN, turnout ranged from 61% to 79%.

The amazing thing I noticed was that despite the high turnout, there weren’t really many long lines. Many people showed up before polls opened, so we didn’t see a lot of lines at the end of the day.

At the time of this writing, Obama seems to have locked it all up. The good news is that with Democrats in complete control of Washington, it will become evident, even to the idiots that voted for the socialist with no experience, just who’s responsible for screwing up this country. Let’s just hope we all survive the lesson.

UPDATE 2: Looks like I missed out on the fun not returning to Philadelphia this year. Typical radicals that support Dear Leader. I wonder if he’ll offer them positions in his cabinet… maybe a co-chair with Billy Ayers or brother Jeremiah.

Actually, I think President Hussein has already outlined a position for these illiterate, unemployed, racist jackasses in the new Amerika.

UPDATE 3: Barack Hussein Obama has been officially elected. Finally, racism is dead. Someone please let Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton know they’re no longer needed or relevant.

Listen to Obama screw up the old addage, “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.”

I guess when it takes such a massive, concerted effort to try and steal an election, you can’t help but have some things constantly stuck in your subconscience.

In light of the current Democrat-endorsed election fraud scandals brewing, I thought it was the right time to repost my experience as a member of the 72 Hour Legal Task Force during the 2004 election, where I witnessed, firsthand, Democrats’ efforts to steal an election.

I take special pride in this week’s election results because I was a foot soldier in enemy territory for the battle. Along with several hundred very anxious and very capable attorneys, I went into Northeast Philadelphia as a “Lawyer For Bush”. For those of you who don’t know what that means, imagine yourself strapping on 50 pounds of red meat and jumping into shark-infested waters… or worse, imagine covering yourself in twinkies and cookie dough and entering Michael Moore’s house.

I spent the final 72 hours of the 2004 campaign season in Philadelphia. Pushing my way through Kerry supporters in front of our Headquarters in downtown Philly, I was amazed at the animosity in their voices. Walking anywhere downtown, one would see gatherings of 10 - 20 Kerry supporters at many intersections holding up signs and cars honking their praise. I certainly felt like I was behind enemy lines. Being bombarded with this every waking minute was enough to make me really question whether I was on the winning team. Not that I would’ve changed sides for anything, I did feel a sense of envy with those Democrats who seemed to have all the momentum in the world. My optimism only grew weaker on election day as I took on the task I had traveled across the country to perform.

Our task was to monitor a certain set of precincts around Philadelphia to insure a fair election process. From what I had been told going in, Philadelphia was a bastion of voting fraud. The Democrat infrastructure I personally witnessed left me feeling less than confident in our electoral process.

Each side is allowed to have “Poll Watchers” inside the polling place to monitor the situation. Unfortunately, it seems Philadelphia was about 99.9% Democrat, so the RNC folks apparently dragged dollar bills through the streets to hire poll watchers. Needless to say, this didn’t seem to help our cause much.

Some of our poll watchers showed up late or generally just “didn’t get it”. They were there for the money and that was it. A few poll watchers were on the ball, and happened to catch the opening of the voting machines that magically already had votes for Kerry on them. Given that our poll watchers were probably only able to see about 10% of all machines before the polls opened, I can only imagine how many “Kerry votes” were present across the city and states before the polls even opened on Tuesday.

Apart from generally monitoring the process and preventing major issues, the Poll Watchers had a primary job. Here’s where the fun began.

There were roughly 100,000 new voter registrations in Philadelphia alone. When the RNC received the list of new registrants, they promptly sent out brochures, welcoming them to the process and promoting Republican candidates. Soon, some of those brochures began coming back with notations like “deceased” or “vacant lot” or “abandoned warehouse” on them. In all, returned mailings totaled around 10,000. That’s 10,000 registrations that appeared to be fraudulent.

We compiled a list of those questionable registrations and gave them to our Poll Watchers. Their duty was to watch for folks trying to vote using those registrations and challenge the voter to provide ID and otherwise verify they were legitimate.

It wasn’t long before I had my first encounter with a “Kerry lawyer” (as he called himself). I noticed him walking in and out of the polling place all morning (a criminal offense to do so without proper certification). He approached one of my Poll Watchers and took the list out of his hand and then returned outside. He then declared, as if he was making a proclamation before the United Nations, that me and my “Republican thugs” were using this list to “intimidate black voters” and “suppress the minority vote”.

He obviously did not want us using the list, because it would expose the fraudulent registrations they were banking on for votes.

Now keep in mind, other than the “Kerry lawyer”, I was the only other white guy standing around this polling place on election day. Throughout the day there was, on average, 50 - 100 people just hanging around this location (it was a youth gym that seemed to be a popular hangout). As he would proclaim my attempts at disenfranchisement, it would stir up the crowd and I would hear the anger boiling inside them.

Then his assistant whipped out a video camera and shoved it in my face. (I’m guessing Democrat lawyers are in some cave somewhere analyzing the video today trying to figure out how they can allege something against me to somehow make up for a resounding defeat of their candidate - good luck, guys) This guy stood in front of the polling place videotaping for 10 minutes. This is a tactic the Democrats allege Republicans do to intimidate voters. Of course, it came as no surprise to me that a Democrat would do the very act he accused Republicans of.

The Federal Elections Commission “dark suits” swooped in to settle some issues, the District Attorney’s office sent staff, the Philadelphia police department got involved on a half dozen occasions and at the end of the night I took down the final vote tallies: Kerry - 1,131 Bush - 3

This was only one of my precincts. In another precinct, I personally witnessed the Democrat Election Judge allowing voters to cast provisional ballots and then walking over to the voting machine to cast real ballots. This would allow that voter’s vote to be counted twice if the outcome required the counting of the provisional ballots.

When I returned to this polling place, I noticed my Poll Watcher standing outside handing out DEMOCRAT brochures. I asked her why she was doing that and she said the Election Judge (Democrat) had ordered her to do it. Unbelievable

I did feel a sense of defeat at the end of the night, having spent the day in “democrat country” fighting to keep the election process fair and honest. Seeing the results posted on the door, I wondered quietly, “how can Bush pull this thing off?”

We headed over to Arlen Specter’s party and awaited the results. By the time we arrived, many east coast states had already been called and there seemed to be no big surprises. But there was a glimmer of hope… the popular vote was showing Bush with a decent lead. Then Florida starting showing signs of red. Suddenly the fatigue began wearing off and was being replaced with total and complete joy. Could this work have paid off? Could we really be on the winning side? It was interesting to see older women in formal dresses screaming at the top of their lungs “come on Wolf, would you f–king call Florida already!!!??!!?” The tide was shifting.

Now we all know the results. And while we weren’t able to deliver Pennsylvania, one thing I keep hearing from folks I served with is this: We kept Pennsylvania close requiring the Democrats to expend resources therein… resources that may have otherwise gone to Ohio and changed the overall results.

I’m glad I was there to see it from the inside. I’m happy our side was vindicated against all the vitriol, false accusations, fraud and hate. The sun sure seems to be shining brighter today.

Democrats: Vote Early, Vote Often
October 14th, 2008 6:24 am

A “voter” who registered to vote multiple times with Obama-endorsing group ACORN was busted trying to cast a ballot with fake address:

Investigators probing ACORN have learned that an Ohio man registered to vote several times and cast a bogus ballot with a fake address, officials said yesterday, as they revealed that nearly 4,000 registration applications supplied by the left-leaning activist group were suspect.

For every one that is caught, imagine how many slip through the system. And each time one of these Democrat supporters cast a bogus ballot, someone’s right to vote is extinguished.

ACORN, whose political arm has endorsed Democratic nominee Barack Obama, has signed up more than 1.3 million voters for this cycle.

In light of this kind of fraud, ask yourself the real reason why Democrats block voter ID laws so aggressively.

Another election, another attempted hijacking by the Left.

Like clockwork, here come the Democrats filling out tons of bogus voter registration certificates and trying to steal another election. I guess when you can’t win the battle of ideas in the open marketplace, you have to resort to lying, cheating and stealing.

The secretary of state’s office launched an investigation after noticing that names did not match addresses and that most members of the Dallas Cowboys appeared to be registering in Nevada to vote in November’s general election.

Agents with the secretary of state and state attorney general offices served a search warrant on the headquarters of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, or ACORN, at 953 E. Sahara Ave. shortly after 9 a.m. They seized voter registration forms and computer databases to determine how many fake forms were submitted and identify employees who were responsible.

ACORN has been unsuccessful trying to steal last two Presidential elections, but this year it’s personal. This year they’re motivated to steal the election for one of their own… their former attorney, Barack Obama.

Other canvassers hired by ACORN were residents at the Casa Grande Transitional Housing Facility, a Nevada Department of Corrections institution that offers convicted felons an opportunity to take part in work-release programs.

“It raises significant concerns that they hired prison inmates, some of whom have been convicted of identity theft,” Miller said.

I guess this is what Obama means when he says, “the experience we need.”

We’re proud of what we did here,” Chris Edwards [ACORN’s field director in Nevada and the head of its voter registration effort, known as Project Vote] said.

This is another prime example of why we need voter ID laws in place. And it’s another prime example of why Democrats resist such laws so strenuously.

And if you don’t think this is a concerted effort by the Democrat party, why don’t you ask yourself why the list of states in which ACORN has been busted committing voter fraud reads like a campaign strategy map of key swing states: Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Colorado

The Audacity of Fraud
June 11th, 2008 12:47 pm

New election cycle, same old story… the party that doesn’t believe life begins at conception apparently doesn’t believe life ends at death, either… at least when it comes to the civic duty of voting.

It’s stories like this that show exactly why Democrats keep fighting voter identification laws around the country.

Secretary of State Jay Dardenne said Tuesday he will meet today with a Democrat-affiliated group responsible for a voter registration effort that is inundating East Baton Rouge and other parish registrars with bogus and incomplete applications.

Dardenne said his investigators are trying to determine if any state election laws have been violated as thousands of voter registration cards have been dumped on registrars offices through the efforts of VIP.

“We have some very real concerns about the data we are getting from them,” Dardenne said.

VIP is a Washington, D.C., group hired by national Democrats to register some 70,000 new voters in advance of the presidential and other federal elections this fall.

Two cards received in Caddo Parish had George W. Bush as the voter applicant with a 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. address in Shreveport, Dardenne said. Other cards have been filed for prisoners who cannot vote and dead people.

It has nothing to do with race, wealth or age and everything to do with fraud, fraud, fraud.
